NCWorks is North Carolina’s workforce system. Job seekers can search for jobs, create resumes, and find education and training. Employers can find candidates, post jobs, and search labor market information.

As part of the North Carolina Community College System’s Economic Development Division, we offer consultative services for apprenticeship and on-the-job training programs.
